Menu / les plats

The menu at APÉRO NISEKO Wines & Bar is made for sharing after a day on the mountain. Chef Nadia works with Hokkaido farms and hunters to create casual French dishes with alpine soul think shorthorn beef carpaccio, slow-cooked game, seasonal vegetable plates and cheese boards that are generous, comforting, and easy to share at the bar. The selection changes through the winter, but the idea stays the same: simple, flavourful dishes that keep you at the counter for “just one more glass.”
