APÉRO AOYAMA

APÉRO NISEKO Wines & Bar

Your Mountain Journey of Taste

Between the slopes and the village lights, we pair Hokkaido’s remarkable ingredients with a curated selection of wines from France and Japan for relaxed, quietly luxurious evenings.

Concept / philosophy

APÉRO NISEKO Wines & Bar brings the ease of French apéro culture to Niseko. Think great wine, generous food, and real conversation in a cosy bar where locals, seasonal staff, and travellers share the same counter.

Our kitchen serves casual French dishes built around Hokkaido organic shorthorn beef, wild game, and farm vegetables designed for sharing. Our sommeliers connect these flavours with wines from Hokkaido and France, so each visit feels like a small journey between mountains and vineyards.

WINES / LA CAVE

Our Niseko cellar holds over 200 wines, curated by our sommelier team. Alongside French classics, you’ll find a focused selection of Hokkaido wines—especially from Yoichi—chosen for character and sense of place. Glasses start around ¥1,700, bottles from ¥8,000, with take-away options from ¥6,000.

Whether you’re celebrating a powder day or winding down after work, we guide you to a glass that fits the moment, without overwhelming you with jargon.

Menu & la carte

Our menu is built for sharing after a day on the mountain. Chef Nadia draws on Hokkaido’s game and winter vegetables—slow-braised venison, organic shorthorn beef carpaccio, cheese platters, and warm dishes that balance richness with freshness.

Mix and match plates: a cheese board, charcuterie, something hot from the oven, something bright and vegetable-forward. Drop in for a quick drink and a snack, or settle in and build a full mountain feast.
